Shipping policy

Due to production and handling please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your order because every item is procured on an individual basis. Not every item will take this amount of time to receive. You can always log in to your online account and go to the option ORDER TRACKING to see your order status.

In the case that your item was damaged during shipping, we require photo proof of damage of both the item and the packaging. Limited Editions by Alan will cover the full cost of return shipping. by sending the customer a pre-printed label.
